These terms cover your use of this site and any mural commission, workshop booking or shop order you place with VanDali01. By enquiring or ordering, you agree to them.
Using this site
This site is provided for information and for placing enquiries and orders. Please use it lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it or misuse the enquiry forms.
Murals & commissions
Every mural is bespoke. After your enquiry we'll agree the scope, design, timeline and price in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required to secure a slot. Designs remain the property of VanDali01 until paid for in full.
Workshops
Workshop bookings are confirmed once agreed in writing. Cancellations within a short notice period may incur a fee; we'll make any specific terms clear when you book.
Shop orders & originals
Prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Payment is taken through Stripe. Limited editions and one-of-one originals are sold as stated — once a one-of-one is sold it cannot be reproduced. Please check your order before confirming.
Shipping
Originals and prints are carefully packed and shipped via tracked courier. Delivery times vary by destination; we'll share tracking once your order is dispatched.
Returns
If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right. Bespoke commissions and one-of-one originals are exempt from change-of-mind returns.
Intellectual property
All artwork, imagery and content on this site is © VanDali01. You may not reproduce, copy or reuse the work without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VanDali01 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or its services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the English courts.
