VanDali01 is the work of Chris Vandali — a graffiti and mural artist based in Thames Ditton, London.
Why we exist
We believe artbelongs to everyone.
VanDali01 exists to break down the barriers around graffiti — to take it off the walls it was hidden on and into schools, businesses and communities where it can do some good. Every piece is made by hand, by the artist, for the people who'll live with it.

The story
Somewhere betweenrealism, graffitiand imagination.
Chris has spent over 15 years chasing ideas that sit somewhere between realism, graffiti and imagination.
What started with spray cans on city walls has grown into two things he loves: bespoke murals for businesses, schools and homes, and hands-on graffiti workshops open to all ages and skill levels.
Every wall and every session is painted by hand, and made to last.

The studio
Thames Ditton, London.
VanDali01 is based in Thames Ditton, just outside London, in a small studio that doubles as a workshop space and a testing ground for new ideas.
Every mural starts here — sketched, planned and sampled by hand before a single wall is touched. It's quiet, deliberate work, and it's why every piece feels considered rather than rushed.
From the studio we travel to clients across London and the UK, and ship original works to collectors worldwide.

Made by hand
No vinyl.No printing.No shortcuts.
No vinyl. No printing. No shortcuts. Every mural is painted by hand with quality sprays and proven techniques, then sealed to stay vivid for years.
It's slower, and that's the point — the texture, the detail and the life of a hand-painted wall can't be replicated by a machine.

Why we teach
More than a technique.
Graffiti has a reputation it doesn't always deserve. Chris started the workshops to change that — to show a spray can is a tool, not a threat, and that making something with your hands is something anyone can do.
Sessions are hands-on and inclusive: schools, corporate teams, community groups and private parties. No experience needed, no judgement, and everyone leaves with a piece they painted themselves.
The goal isn't to train artists. It's to give people the confidence to make — and to see their environment a little differently.
