What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we ask for your name, phone number and the type of project you're interested in. When you place a shop order we collect your name, email, phone and shipping address so we can fulfil it.

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — only the payment status and an order reference.

• Enquiries: name, phone, interest, and the page the enquiry came from.
• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address, and the items you bought.
• Analytics: aggregate, anonymous visit data to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to deliver and ship your order, and to answer any questions you send us. We may use anonymous analytics to improve the site. We never sell your information to anyone.

Sharing

We share order and payment details with Stripe so your payment can be processed, and with the courier we use to ship your order. Beyond that, we only share information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at info@vandali01.com and we'll respond as soon as we can.
