What we aim for

We work towards WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This site uses clear headings, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-operable controls and text alternatives for images.

What we've done

• Keyboard navigation through forms, the cart and the enquiry steps.
• Visible focus states and reduced-motion support where animations are used.
• Alt text on artwork and imagery, and labels on form fields.
• A high-contrast matte-black and off-white palette throughout.

Known limitations

Some gallery and before/after interactions rely on pointer drag, which can be harder with some assistive devices. If you hit a barrier, please tell us — we'll help directly and look at a fix.
